Our friends over at Nabo just launched their new webshop. The launch is coinciding with the release of their popular 2018 Tea and Coffee Advent Calendar. However, the shop also holds many other fantastic products from brands such as Bodum, House Doctor, Tangent GC and many more. The website was created by our frequent collaborator Tobias Olsson.
Your favourite Advent calendars from NABO are just around the corner. It will be available on nabostore.se on September 29. Choose between the tea or the coffe calendar, or why not both! Finding the right green colour was key and the final print looks amazing thanks to the awesome people over at Göteborgstryckeriet.
What does a plant look like if you radiate it? Tor G. Nitzelius – a well known dendrolog, garden intendent and prefect at Gothenburg botanical garden – asked himself this question in the early sixties. He brought a catch of plants to Sahlgrenska Hospital to find out. When he, in collaboration with Professor Sven Roland Kjellberg, had completed his project he had nearly 500 x-rays on different species. Over fifty years later they have been discovered yet again. A selection of these X-rays is scanned and printed on fine art paper that emphasizes the inner beauty of the plants.
The opening of the exhibition at The Gothenburg Botanical Garden takes place on Saturday june 16th and is curated by initiator Johan Brink. The exhibition runs until August 5th.
